Plaistow is looking for consistency on Wednesdays and Fridays, in this 2 days per week role.

The salary band for this 22.75 hourly week role inclusive of weekend rotation is £25,594 to £32,987.50 (£45,000 to £58,000 FTE) depending on prior experience and allowing room for growth within the role.

About the role
Plaistow is an increasingly busy first opinion practice in the heart of East London, resulting in the need for an additional vet on Wednesdays, and to provide consistent cover on Fridays.
Plaistow would be ideal for a confident vet happy with sole charge on the Fridays, who thrives in a busy well-rounded GP role, and is looking for a consistent part-time weekly position.
The rota involves Wednesdays and Fridays (sole charge) from 9am-7pm, plus a 1:4 branch Saturday and 1:8 Wanstead Hospital Sunday rotation, and up to 2 bank holiday’s per year.
As well as a large team of experienced support colleagues including a senior vet and senior RVN, you will also be fully supported by a dedicated regional manager, and incredibly experienced regional head vet.
You will also have the addition of support from Wanstead Hospital which for your clients is a 16-minute drive away, for more complex cases and OOH care for your patients.
Being in East London and close to the Essex border you have a plethora of transport links around you, including Upton Park station on the circle line which is a 10-minute walk from the practice.
