The salary band for this 21.76 hourly week role (inclusive of weekend rotation) is £24,480 to £31,552 (£45,000 to £58,000 FTE) dependant on prior experience and allowing room for growth within the role.
We would be more than happy to explore additional shifts in the region if you were looking for more days.
There are no on-call requirements for this role.

About the role

Its fantastic location situated on the northern line and close-knit team have made the practice a popular choice in the local community for many years and are well known for offering high standards of patient and client care.
The practice is fully-equipped with excellent on-site facilities as you would expect, including ultrasound, and on those challenging days you have a team of like-minded colleagues to help support you throughout the day, and enable a positive working environment.
You will be fully supported by an experienced team including senior RVN, part-time RVN and trainee nurses, plus a dedicated regional manager, and regional head vet who has a wealth of knowledge to pass on!
This role is for 2 days per week, 8.30am-6.30pm shifts (1 day cross over with a senior vet). Your rota will include a 1:3 branch Saturday morning rotation, a 1:20 Sunday rotation at Stone Lion Hospital plus 1 bank holiday per year.
Our ideal colleague will be confident in GP practice, happy with routine surgeries, and loves working as part of a small but passionate team.
You will also be supported by Stone Lion 24-hour hospital in Wimbledon that has its own night team and can support you with any challenging cases you may need.
