How to Find Us

Our Hayes End practice can be located on Uxbridge Road, in the London Borough of Hillingdon. This branch previously merged with another branch of ours, allowing us to serve the community from a bigger and better site.

Parking and Accessibility

If you’re travelling to our Hayes End practice via car, we have lots of free parking available in our car park, at the back of the practice. Conveniently, many buses also stop very close to the surgery, including the 427, 697 and the 698.

Please note this practice is located within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

What to do in the event of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency, or if your pet is unwell outside the practice hours, then we have an emergency vet hospital that can provide urgent assistance. Our veterinary hospitals are open 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. The closest hospital to our Hayes End practice is the Mandeville Veterinary Hospital. They can be contacted on 020 8845 5677. For your peace of mind, and continuity of care, your pet’s medical history is accessible from all of our branches, at any time.

Highest Standards of Veterinary Care

Our Hayes End practice is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). Following a diligent assessment, the RCVS is satisfied that we maintain the highest standards of veterinary care.
