We are looking for an experienced hospital/practice administrator from the veterinary or human medicine sector, to join our busy 24-hour hospital team at Mandeville Veterinary Hospital in Northolt.

The salary band for this part-time 20-hour week role is £12,500 to £17,500 (£25,000 to £35,000 FTE) depending on experience and allowing room for growth within the role.

About the role
In this varied on-site role (Mondays essential) your duties will include but are not limited to:
-Managing Insurance claims and queries
-Managing charity accounts
-Managing general hospital admin including responding to client queries
-Monthly reporting
-Managing accommodation affiliated with the hospital
-Managing OOH accounts
-Weekly banking
Mandeville Veterinary Hospital and its surrounding clinics provide an excellent first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral service and work to the highest clinical standards, and we need a highly organised and experienced administrator to help aid in the smooth running of the hospital.
You will be fully supported by an on-site hospital manager and highly experienced clinical colleagues.
