Before we delve into the nitty gritty, here is what we offer you: The salary band for this 43.8 hourly week role inclusive of weekend rotation is £45,990 to £63,510 depending on experience, and allowing room for growth within the role. You will also have the support of our invaluable regional manager, and newly appointed regional head vet for any of those clinical queries!As well as being equipped with everything you would expect, the practice is kitted out perfectly for a vet with a surgical bias, as our previous vet was an orthopaedic surgeon. Hayes End also has dental x-ray, perfect for those budding dentists out there!There are no on-call requirements for this role!Goddard Mandeville Veterinary Hospital in Northolt provides Hayes End with its OOH care and support with any complex cases you may need to refer.There is state of the art diagnostic support at the hospital with a new CT scanner, a diploma holder in imaging providing our CT and ultrasound service, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site.About usIn 2022 we celebrated our 70th anniversary and have 46 branches, 3 hospitals and our own nurse training college.  We value all of our colleagues and our forward-looking approach means we have introduced a Colleague Forum to listen to our peers’ views, as well as monthly Town Hall meetings with our board of directors, communicating real time updates, taking polls with live Q&A’s to ensure we're making the right, collaborative decisions for our people.
